Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our Patient, the denture Clinic Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our denture clinic. You will manage appointments, maintain cleanliness in the clinic, and handle client recalls. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Administration
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, minimizing errors.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
Clinic Maintenance
- Keep the reception area, treatment rooms and tidy throughout the day.
- Prepare treatment rooms for the next client, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Ensure the clinicx area is clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments for clients.
Client Recalls and Follow-Ups
- Perform follow-up calls and recalls to ensure client satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.
- Rebook clients for future treatments or consultations as required.
- Answer inquiries promptly and redirect to the appropriate team member if needed.
- Monitor and respond promptly to social media messages and comments, maintaining the clinic’s professional tone of voice.
- Redirect complex or urgent matters to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling social media posts, if required, to support the marketing team.
