We are seeking applicants that are qualified _**(Diploma is a mínimal requirement for our Lead educator and we prefer Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care as a minimum requirement for our support educators - although we do prefer and employ mostly Diploma qualified assistants)**_ and experienced and passionate about early childhood education and who can display genuine and nurturing early childhood skills are preferred.
You will be required to display a strong strengths-based approach to your role and have _**excellent communication skills, nurturing nature, and the ability to develop strong family partnerships - **_as these are at the core of everything that we do.
- You need to have **prior experience **and be able to present a resume that clearly outlines this experience.
