About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to manage and mentor our reception and administration team in a busy youth mental health service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing reception as the first point of contact for young people and families, and providing essential support to staff and clinicians.
This role combines leadership, administration management, and a commitment to creating a positive team culture. You will handle finance, fleet, and facilities responsibilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the service.
To succeed in this role you will have:
* A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in administration, preferably in a health services environment.
* Extensive knowledge of administration and reception processes, including accounts management, property management, asset management, ICT skills, vehicle fleet management, and telecommunications options.
* The ability to liaise with a range of health professionals, staff, young people, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
