Finance & Office Assistant
We are inviting applications for a Finance, Administration & Office Assistant to join our team. This role blends practical finance, administration and office support in an environment that values connection, wellbeing, and purposeful growth.

Working from our Mullumbimby office, the role is across several interconnected fields including wellness business ventures, landcare, and property management.
What you'll be doing
Providing finance, general administrative and office support to our Finance Manager.
Assisting with financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll
Keeping accurate digital records and ensuring compliance across finance functions.
Supporting day-to-day operations.
Contributing to a team culture grounded in kindness, respect, and collaboration.
What we're looking for
* Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (ideally) or minimum Cert III.
* Advanced Excel / skills and confidence with technology.
* A business mindset, with openness to personal and professional growth in a values-led environment.
* Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail.
* Current driver's licence
* A kind, considerate approach and enjoyment of teamwork
* Experience with payroll compliance (Fair Work, superannuation).
