Various roles available within our Brendale Manufacturing Facility for Industrial Sewing Machinists, PVC fabricators, Process/Factory Workers

Key Responsibilities include:
Operate various industrial sewing machines – Large twin needle, single needle, overlocker
Cut accurately to templates
Manufacture accurately to Job sheet specifications
Operate hot air PVC welder if suitable (not essential)
Operate HF PVC welders if suitable (not essential)
Work collaboratively with the Textiles Team and the Operations Manager to meet daily workload schedules
Always demonstrate can-do attitude and team player attributes
Assist team members on tasks when required
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
Adhere to company work safety policies
Desired Skills (but not essential):
Sound knowledge of the textiles workshop equipment
Experience operating various Industrial sewing machines, or willingness to learn
Experience in preventative Maintenance of Industrial sewing machines
Industrial machine trouble shooting knowledge/experience
Operate hot air PVC welder an advantage, or willingness to learn
Operate HF PVC welders an advantage, or willingness to learn
Experience manufacturing large style products
Ability to accurately cut and manufacture to templates
Ability to follow manufacture instructions
Strong commitment to Zero Harm Policy
Demonstrate reliability and can-do attitude
Strong attention to Quality Assurance Standards
Ambition to further develop your skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to share and impart knowledge and skills with others
We are open to casual, part time and full time employment options, depending on the candidate.
You would betrainedin ourprocedures to makeour products, support by our experienced fabrication team.
Experience in Single and Double stitch machines is an advantage.
