We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated administration officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Service Manager and the Clinical Director of the Community Mental Health Services in a professional, efficient and effective capacity.

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Service Manager and the Clinical Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Main Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and the Clinical Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Organizational Skills: Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as required, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
* Data Entry: Enter data into various systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant Qualifications: A certificate or diploma in administration or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
