Client Information

The business has experienced significant growth over the past few years, offering transformative retreats and adventures. Originally built from scratch through word-of-mouth referrals, the business currently runs 3 retreats annually and plans to double this next year. The business is currently managed through the owner's personal Facebook page, with plans to establish full business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and eventually create a website.


Job Description

Course & Website Development:


1. Assist in the development of a basic website for the company.
2. Provide guidance on Mindspoke (website creation, tools, and platforms).
3. Support in organizing course materials related to becoming a successful retreat leader.

Marketing & Social Media Management:


1. Create and manage a Facebook Business Page for the company.
2. Develop marketing strategies to promote retreats on personal and business pages.
3. Set up and manage event pages (3 per year, with the next in August).
4. Handle customer inquiries, responses, links, bookings, and payments.
5. Ensure brand consistency, including brand voice, colors, and messaging (calm, vibrant, and happy).

Administrative Support:


1. Set up and manage a new email account for professional communication.
2. Create and maintain an FAQ sheet with standard questions and responses.


Must Haves

1. Experience in managing and creating social media profiles and platforms.
2. Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. Skills in developing a brand voice that is friendly, calm, fun, and lighthearted.
4. Expertise in creating a color branding palette with a mix of calm, bright, and happy colors.


Nice to Haves

Experience managing a similar style of social media campaign - retreats or getaways.


Home Office Requirements

* Perfectly working headset and webcam
* Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
* Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
* Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
* A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
