Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing construction business based in Clayton, seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Officer to take ownership of their end‐to‐end payroll function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who understands the complexities of construction payroll, including CFMEU/EBA agreements, and is confident working across multiple pay structures.
What's in it for you?
* $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (Pro Rata 3 days)

What you'll do:
* Managing weekly payroll for approx. 45 employees
* Processing Pay runs every Thursday
* Handling mixes of salary, overtime, award and EBA employees
* Interpreting and applying CFMEU and EBA agreements
* Support the transition and implementation of Employment Hero
* Maintaining payroll data in XERO
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in payroll within the construction or similar industry
* Strong understanding of ENA/CFMEU payroll conditions
* Experience using XERO
* Exposure to Employment Hero – Highly regarded
* High attention to detail and ability to manage payroll structures
* Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
