What You'll Do:
* Support the Planning team with accurate and timely stock allocations across stores and online
* Monitor stock levels and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
* Manage replenishment to maximise sales and minimise markdowns
* Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improved stock flow and sell-through
* Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and allocation performance
What You'll Bring:
* 1+ year's experience in an allocation or merchandise assistant role (fashion retail preferred)
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
* Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
* Passion for fashion, product, and retail operations
