Overview
Keysight Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced ANZ District Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across Australia and New Zealand. This key leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, managing channel and direct sales, and developing strong customer relationships with key accounts in the electronics test & measurement industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the ANZ sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the ANZ district
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
* Collaborate with regional and global teams on go-to-market strategies
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via CRM
* Represent Keysight at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
* 8–12 years of sales experience in test & measurement, electronics, or a related technology sector, with at least 3–5 years in a people management or sales leadership role
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ANZ market
* Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage at both engineering and executive levels
* Experience managing distributors and/or direct sales teams across the ANZ region
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across ANZ
