Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of key fundraising projects, including major lotteries, bequests, and donation appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with implementing lottery and fundraising campaigns, including electronic direct mail (EDM) and SMS communication.
* Develop and implement social media plans, ensuring timely responses to all enquiries.
* Create content to support campaigns and initiatives.
* Report and update databases for lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects.
* Coordinate and attend lottery prize draws.
* Manage relationships with prize suppliers.
Requirements:
* Project/campaign coordination experience.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Digital marketing expertise.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A team player with a flexible approach to work.
* Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and high standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing.
* Digital marketing experience.
* Not-for-profit experience.
