About our Program
We’re recruiting into two exciting data focused streams:
* Data Science (Technical): Work on AI and machine learning projects, predictive modelling, data engineering, and the development of tools that shape the future of our business.
o Preferred degrees: Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
o Skills we value: Curiosity about AI and data ethics, strong analytical and coding ability (Python a plus), and confidence engaging stakeholders.
* Data Analysis (Non-Technical): Turn data into decisions that matter through performance reporting, claims analysis, portfolio management, and data visualisation – driving better outcomes for our customers.
o Preferred degrees: Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems.
o Skills we value: Problem solving, clear communication, curiosity, SQL Development, Tableau and other relevant scripting languages together with a growth mindset.

* Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
* Completed a minimum bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
* Minimum ‘pass’ grade
