**DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER**

**This opportunity offers**:

- Ongoing employment
- Part time role & 14 hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $67,192 - $73,045 p.a. (pro rata) plus 10.5% superannuation
- Location: Nowra, Shoalhaven District
- Ongoing learning and development

An exciting opportunity to join the Shoalhaven District team. The role provides a broad range of administrative support including meeting and events coordination, preparation of documents, SAP support, records maintenance and data entry. You will be a key point of contact for the District utilising your exceptional communication and customer service skills to liaise with staff, volunteers and community members.

1 Give an example of a situation where you have managed completing work demands. Describe how you communicated with others in relation to workload and delivered the required outcomes.

2 Describe your experience using technology in an office environment. Please include examples of the programs used and documents produced.
