The Hotels Finance team is responsible for the finance and strategic leadership for a highly competitive 350 Hotels business. To be successful, the Hotels Finance team focuses on partnering with the business to drive optimal business performance whilst maintaining an objective viewpoint and strong financial control framework. We are looking for someone who has strong data analysis and modelling skills to be able to analyse and summarise high volumes of data, strong presentation skills and communication skills and most importantly are highly analytical and has excellent attention to detail. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: The primary purpose of the Senior Finance Analyst role is to play an integral role in the annual strategic plan and budget process and monthly forecast cycles, whilst tracking and analysing performance, and maintaining the integrity of the financial data that the business uses to make key commercial and operational decisions. Deliver insightful analysis and commercial recommendations including ownership of the monthly Hotels performance pack, and input into Endeavour reporting cycle (including Hotels KPI Dashboards, etc). Assessment of risks and opportunities against financial targets and provide recommendations for mitigating actions. Own and manage forecasting and reporting for the Gaming Compliance program including partnering the business in development of any required business cases Management of National / overhead costs, including partnering with SLT / cost centre owners to help them understand monthly results. Work with FP&A Senior Finance Manager and the wider finance team to ensure consistent rhythm in place for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly deliverables.
