Job Description Deliver accurate, compliant, end-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly cycle (circa 500 employees).
Support ongoing improvements to payroll processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders across all levels.
Assist with payroll audits, reporting requirements, and WorkCover payment processes.
Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
Contribute to education, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Payroll and People Culture.
The Successful Applicant Demonstrated payroll processing experience in a complex environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise across the organisation.
Experience with Chris21/iChris highly advantageous A collaborative mindset with an interest in continuous improvement.
