We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the team at our Sydney Head Office location. The Opportunity In this position you will provide accurate and timely analysis, reporting and forecasting information to help support decision making. Your daily responsibilities will include: Assist in preparation of monthly and annual asset reports, meeting necessary requirements. Support the preparation of asset performance analysis versus developed budgets/plans/forecasts, identifying variances and insight into factors influencing performance. Contribute to asset planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and identify potential areas for process improvements. Educate asset managers on key financial reports and financial terms. Support the process of benchmarking business performance internally; prepare internal benchmark information to specific needs to allow decision making. Support the preparation of reports to monitor key performance drivers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with asset managers to solve issues, leverage opportunities and influence performance. Support the preparation of accurate management reports on behalf of Business Units/ Divisions. Prepare accurate and effective communication materials and reports as required. Ensure understanding of and performance consistent with applicable internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements as well as internal escalation procedures.
