About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in overseeing and supervising daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service.

This involves supporting and developing the team, maintaining a safe working environment, and prioritizing results and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and develop the store team to achieve success
* Coach and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service
* Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace

* Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations

Requirements:

* Previous supervisory experience or readiness for advancement
* Strong background in retail or trade
* Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexibility in scheduling
* A valid driver's license
* Prioritization of workplace safety
