About the role:
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Franchising Coordinator to join our Zarraffa’s Head Office. This role is crucial in supporting the Franchising departments with new lead queries and Franchising documentation.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing, issuing and tracking franchise documentation (agreements, disclosure documents, renewals, variations and transfers)
* Managing document control, version updates and filing systems
* Supporting franchise recruitment and onboarding administration (new leads)
* Assisting with the Franchising inboxes and actively respond, liaise or direct correspondence to the relevant parties to enable resolution to matters.
* Managing deadlines and a high volume of paperwork
Our ideal candidate:
* A qualification in Business (beneficial but not essential)
* Previous experience in an administrative role required
* Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
