As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to meet the diverse needs of our service areas. You will work closely with directors, managers, and supervisors to prepare responses and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation in line with organisational requirements.
* Prepare correspondence and responses on behalf of senior staff members.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support across various service areas.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
* Strong foundation in numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
* Experience in customer-focused environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
