Required Skills and Qualifications
* 6+ years' experience and relevant qualifications in communications, corporate affairs, marketing or a related field.
* Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities, building trusted relationships from operational teams to executive leaders.
* Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement, ideally within large, dispersed or frontline workforces.
