Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse Program Manager
Clinical coordinators play a pivotal role in providing direct clinical interventions and leading strategic governance leadership for NSW health professionals and partner services catering to adult survivors of child sexual abuse.
This role involves designing managing and delivering a new local specialist integrated program aligned with NSW Health and Violence Abuse and Neglect Redesign values goals.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and overseeing the implementation of the new local specialist integrated program for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.
* Providing direct clinical interventions for clients and leading strategic governance leadership and capacity building for NSW Health professionals and partner services.
* Collaborating with other stakeholders to implement NSW Health's Adult Survivors Program objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent qualification is required.
* The candidate must possess a current driver's license and be eligible to drive in NSW. The ability to work across various locations and outreach sites within the district as needed is essential.
