What You'll Do Coach and empower managers across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment to succession planning Deliver timely, expert advice on policies, awards, and agreements Lead return-to-work coordination and injury management in partnership with external stakeholders Partner on organisational change initiatives that enhance culture and capability Liaise with unions and employee representatives with professionalism and integrity Contribute to policy development, continuous improvement, and risk management Promote equity, diversity, and psychological safety in every interaction What You'll Bring You\'ll have a passion for Return to Work, Industrial Relations, and/or talent acquisition, with the confidence to navigate challenging workplace matters and the curiosity to keep learning.
