Overview:
As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies, leading test execution, managing defects, and overseeing the implementation of robust automation frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance (QA) methodologies across enterprise-level applications.
You will serve as a mentor to the QA team and actively contribute to the development of test data solutions and pre-sales proposals for clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with automation tools and enterprise databases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.
* Oversee and manage end-to-end test execution, defect management, and reporting processes.
* Develop and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies tailored to enterprise projects.
* Coordinate test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and cleansing activities.
* Engage stakeholders and customers through regular meetings and technical discussions to gather requirements and align on deliverables.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and test coverage.
* Support proposal creation, solution design, and estimation activities for QA and TDM initiatives.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance testing culture.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
* 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on QA and Test Data Management.
* Strong knowledge of test data management tools: Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, RDX.
* Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured.
* Proficiency in database technologies: DB2, Oracle, MS SQL.
* Advanced scripting capabilities with SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, JCL.
* Familiarity with scheduling tools: Control-M, ESP, Endevor.
* Expertise in defining and executing test data strategies, including data masking, profiling, and compliance.
* Ability to gather, analyse, and translate test and compliance requirements into effective TDM solutions.
* Track record of managing test scenario planning, data provisioning, and performance metrics.
Salary Package: $150K-$160K Base Salary + Superannuation
