About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with manufacturing experienceto join our dynamic and supportive team in Archerfield full-time.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
* Labelling, assembling, and bagging products.
* Unloading containers and organising stock.
* Managing inventory, including stock checks and reporting.
* Liaising with couriers and arranging dispatches.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
* Maintain quality service by following organisation standards.
* Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* General warehouse duties as required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Forklift Licence with at least 6 months of experience.
* Experience with pick/pack and general warehouse tasks.
* Experience in manufacturing.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Physical fitness for repetitive lifting and manual tasks.
* A proactive approach to workplace safety.
* Strong numeracy and communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Good time management and efficiency in work processes.
