We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Hardship Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the interests and success of customers facing financial hardship.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with financially vulnerable customers and collaborate with Financial Counsellors who provide essential information and resources. You will also address the needs of individuals and families affected by financial hardship or representation by an authorized third party.
This position involves close collaboration with the Optus Specialist Care team to assess and provide long-term solution options for vulnerable customers. You will work closely with the team to ensure a comprehensive and sustainable resolution for customers facing unique challenges.
