The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening brand presence, driving agent performance, and delivering strategic marketing initiatives across the Ray White Rural and Livestock network. This position is responsible for elevating marketing standards, enhancing campaign effectiveness, and supporting agents and businesses to achieve premium outcomes for their clients.
This role combines strategic marketing leadership, performance optimisation, and network collaboration to ensure consistent brand excellence and measurable business growth across rural, livestock, and residential property sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy and Execution
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
o Support campaign planning across digital, print, social media, and auction platforms to maximise reach and engagement
o Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels
* Performance and Campaign Optimisation
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
o Support agents in positioning properties to create competition and achieve premium results
o Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the network
o Provide performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership and offices
* Network Engagement and Support
o Collaborate closely with agents, business owners, and leadership to strengthen marketing capability across the network
o Provide guidance, tools, and support to elevate marketing standards and outcomes
o Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practice across offices
o Contribute to training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives
* Brand Integrity and Compliance
o Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards, legislative requirements, and industry compliance
o Support offices in maintaining professional, compliant, and high-performing marketing practices
o Assist with the implementation of network initiatives, policies, and new marketing frameworks
* Content and Communications
o Develop professional marketing content that reflects the strength, credibility, and reach of the Ray White Rural and Livestock network
o Support internal and external communications that reinforce network culture, collaboration, and performance
o Highlight agent success, network achievements, and key initiatives
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or performance support, ideally within real estate or a related industry
* Strong understanding of campaign strategy, digital marketing, and audience targeting
* Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
