We are looking for a retail star to join our Rowville store. This is a permanent casual/part time role, and we are seeking a friendly team player able to multi-task with a positive attitude to take on anything and everything! This is a small, friendly team environment that offers great stability. A passion for food, health, nutrition, and cookery will be highly regarded.

**This role will include: -**
- Customer service/ sales
- Educating and providing outstanding customer service
- Providing sales advice and product information to customers.
- Opening store and end of day
- Cash up/ end of day balancing tills
- Meeting sales targets
- Daily stock management and restocking product on the shelf.
- Managing the day to day running of the Royal Nut Company Brunswick Retail Store & maintaining store efficiency
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues including wholesale.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
- Online orders pick and pack occasionally.
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
**Skills and Experience**
- Customer service in the food retail/hospitality industry ideally.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills and ability to promote products.
- Excellent ability to understand and adapt to market food trends.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent team player and able to work well in small busy retail environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, honest, bubbly and friendly.
- Professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethic and ability to take an initiative.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and the company's ERP system.

**Salary**: $21.49 - $34.98 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Rowville, VIC 3178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
