The role of HR Advisor is a key component of the Human Resources team, supporting stakeholders by providing HR services and delivering results.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to inform business decisions.
* Report Creation: Developing reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
* Collaboration: Working with the HR team, Managers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
* HR Advice: Providing guidance to stakeholders in collaboration with Business Partners.
* Data Management: Maintaining accurate and consistent HR data.
* Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and ensuring adherence to HR-related regulations and policies.
This role involves undertaking day-to-day HR operations, including payroll support, contract management, orientation, onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will assist in processing HR life cycle programs, manage benefits and track members as required.
