Your new role
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to lead end‑to‑end analysis across a major enterprise HRIS transformation program for an aged care organisation. This multi‑year initiative will replace legacy HR, Payroll and Rostering systems with an integrated platform capable of supporting a complex 24/7 workforce, regulatory requirements, and future digital transformation across clinical and back‑office environments.
This is not a "requirements-only" role. We need hands-on analysts who can work across the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution designers, technical teams and vendor partners to ensure delivery outcomes meet operational, clinical and compliance expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Lead discovery, process mapping and requirements definition for HR, Payroll and Rostering functions.
* Translate business needs into detailed functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and specifications.
* Facilitate solution design workshops, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance obligations and operational models.
* Support configuration activities by validating business rules, award interpretation logic, workforce models and rostering scenarios.
* Coordinate and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, scenario development, defect triage and sign‑off.
* Assist with data migration validation-employee records, pay elements, roster patterns, entitlements and historical data.
* Develop and deliver training content and user guides.
* Participate in go‑live readiness activities and provide post‑implementation support to operational leaders, HR, Payroll and rostering teams.
