A well-established and growing industrial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver an industrial project in Geelong approx value $6M.
With over three decades of industry experience, this privately owned builder has built a strong reputation for delivering warehouse, logistics and multi-tenanted industrial developments across Victoria. They are known for their practical approach, quality delivery and strong client relationships, with a consistent pipeline of repeat work.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day site activities from start to completion
* Coordinating all subcontractors, trades and suppliers
* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Maintaining a strong focus on OH&S and site compliance
* Monitoring quality control and ensuring workmanship standards
* Liaising with consultants, engineers and stakeholders
* Managing site documentation, reporting and site diary
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, particularly steel structures and large-scale slabs
* Ability to manage programme, trades and site logistics effectively
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
* White Card (essential), additional safety qualifications highly regarded
