Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tenancy services including allocations, rent management, inspections, and dispute resolution
* Support compliance with tenancy legislation and organisational policies
* Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community partners
* Maintain accurate tenancy records and contribute to reporting
* Assist with service delivery improvements and team support
About You
You're a detail-oriented, people-first professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and making a difference. You'll bring:
* Experience in tenancy management or residential property management
* Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
* Qualifications in housing, property, or community services (desirable)
