Your next career opportunity In this senior, specialist role, you will design, facilitate, and evaluate enterprise leadership programs that shape how leaders work across the University. You will advise senior stakeholders, embed inclusive and First Nations-aligned practices, and harness digital platforms and data to deliver measurable impact. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy while staying close to delivery, working across both academic and professional cohorts. What you will deliver : Lead the design, facilitation, and evaluation of flagship and bespoke leadership programs for academic and professional leaders. Translate leadership strategy into practical frameworks, tools, and digital learning experiences embedded across the employee lifecycle. Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture to address capability gaps, succession priorities, and cultural enablers. Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and First Nations-aligned principles across leadership initiatives, ensuring safe and accessible learning. Use data, feedback, and sector insights to evidence impact, inform decisions, and drive continuous program improvement. You may be a great fit if you : Bring substantial experience delivering enterprise leadership development and succession initiatives in large, complex organisations. Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership programs with confidence engaging senior, diverse, and high-potential cohorts. Apply evidence-based organisational development, coaching, and team development practices to strengthen leadership capability. Create practical leadership frameworks, toolkits, and digital learning experiences integrated with HR and performance systems. Use data, analytics, and participant insights to evaluate impact and shape continuous improvement of programs. Collaborate effectively with senior leaders, HR partners, and external providers, ideally within higher education or public sectors. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
