Scope:
Exciting new opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated Supplier Business Manager to join our Test & Measurement Group in Sydney supporting Hardware and Software products from some of the world's leading suppliers including, but not limited to NI (National Instruments), Digilent, TMYTEK, Spirent, Honeywell and Opal-RT.
As the Supplier Business Manager for Test & Measurement you will support the Test & Measurement Team's Sales and Marketing activities to ensure alignment with the expectations from our suppliers and to grow the business in ANZ.
Accountabilities:
* Support sales staff to increase business and achieve total customer satisfaction by working directly with suppliers on projects to obtain the most competitive position possible.
* Working with Supplier to bring in SMEs to support specific projects and/or specific market segment promotions
* Assist Sales staff to conduct product demonstrations and "Lunch & Lunch" sessions at customer sites.
* Work with the Marketing Director to take ownership on behalf of the Test & Measurement Group for Technology Days, trade shows and webinars/seminars.
* Consult with Sales Representatives regarding customer needs, product features, product availability, cost issues, etc. in order to maximize potential for sales representative success. Provide ongoing education/promotion when interacting with sales organization to effectively market product type or supplier.
* Develop and maintain successful supplier relationships and provide product solutions/unique advantages to suppliers and customers so that Braemac is considered the preferred partner for suppliers and the preferred provider of products for customers.
* Take ownership and responsibility to maintain the most up to date information for projects and pipeline for your suppliers on Braemac CRM system.
* Process and resolve accounting, receiving and customer rejected concerns in an expeditious manner by researching the issue, determining appropriate resolution and by providing disposition for nonconforming product to the appropriate parties.
* Prepare and join Quarter Business Review Meetings with suppliers
* Provide periodical reports to our suppliers – Weekly Reports, POS reports, customer updates and Market intelligence reports.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
* Preferred previous experience in the Test & Measurement Industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Superb client-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, high energy, poise, and confidence.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) at the intermediate level preferred.
