Key Responsibilities
* Translate sales plans into execution plans that drive sales and in-store excellence in collaboration with the Operations Team.
* Plan and manage Merchandising priorities and execution requirements in a timely manner.
* Design job briefs and inspire the sales team through influential briefs.
* Utilize BIG systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool effectively.
About You
* A Strong communicator with attention to detail.
* A Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in FMCG, Retail, Accounts, customer service, or similar.
* An Ability to work on multiple tasks.
* Collaborative working style with internal team and external stakeholders.
