Timber Production Worker – Shepparton
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Timber Production Worker to join a leading manufacturer of timber packaging solutions in Shepparton. From pallets to bins and custom timber builds, our products support industries like agriculture, logistics, and manufacturing across the country.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t your average factory role—you’ll be trusted with building high-quality timber pallets that keep supply chains running strong. You’ll be part of a positive, productive team where safety comes first and no two days are quite the same.
* Assemble timber pallets using nail guns, saws, hammers, and other tools
* Operate machinery and equipment, including stacking and feeding timber
* Assist with forklift operations
* Maintain consistency and quality in every pallet you build
* Contribute to a team environment, working towards daily targets
About You:
* Experience using hand tools and timber machinery (nail guns, saws, bandsaws, etc.)
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and machinery operation
* Forklift Licence (LF) is a bonus
* A strong commitment to workplace safety
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* A reliable, team-oriented mindset
