A Production Executive plays a vital role in the success of live theatre productions, overseeing numerous tasks and ensuring seamless execution.
Responsibilities
1. Contracting and Legal Compliance: Assist with drafting contracts, maintaining knowledge of relevant certified agreements, and ensuring timely filing and execution.
2. Onboarding and Staffing: Support the employee onboarding process, assist with hiring, payroll, and expense processing, and ensure all regulations are met for the safe employment of children in productions.
3. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and guide vendors through complex processes to meet company policies.
4. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, manage immigration requirements, and provide support as needed.
