About the role...
We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Administrator to join our Student Services Team on a Permanent Part-Time (Term-Time) basis, commencing Term 2, 2026 (20 April 2026).
This role is for 4 days per week (30 hrs/wk) - school term weeks only | 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The role of Student Services Administrator is to support the Director: Wellbeing & Culture and Heads of Houses in the processing of student services data, and to develop and maintain the consistency and accuracy of student services data to meet compliance requirements. The position also provides administrative support to the Learning Enrichment department under the guidance of the Head of Learning Enrichment.

What we are looking for?
It this role it is essential that you hold a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
You will also have:
* Demonstrated experience in administration or a related field.
* Proficient level of computer literacy with proven capacity in MS Office Suite, and other software/programs in common use for administration.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently to priorities and multi-task to effectively manage workload.
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
