Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hornsby, NSW for a Design and Pre-construction Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the pre-construction phase, including project allocation, planning, coordination,, and ensuring designs meet regulatory and quality standards. Regular duties include supervising design progress, collaborating with project teams, ensuring construction safety protocols, and managing timelines to ensure successful project execution. This role requires close collaboration with rhe internal team of designers and eatimators, external consultants, councils anf clients, to deliver tailored and high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing diverse teams effectively
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, architecture, or a related field are preferred
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in residential or granny flat construction is highly desirable
