About the Role
We're searching for a Creative Producer who thrives on creating across video, podcast, design, animation, storytelling and even events. Supporting our Global Marketing team in producing high-impact brand and podcast content. You'll assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of creative projects across video, design, animation and social media. You'll shape creative ideas from concept to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You Will Do
As a multidisciplinary creative and content producer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Vudoo shows up across every touchpoint — from brand storytelling and campaign design to podcast production and sales enablement. You'll work closely with the Global Marketing team to create content that informs, inspires, and converts, moving seamlessly between video, motion, design, and presentation formats.
Core Responsibilities
Content Design & Production:
Conceptualise, design, and produce engaging visual, video, and motion assets across campaigns, social media, website, events, and podcasts.
Brand Development:
Continue to evolve Vudoo's visual identity and storytelling, ensuring every creative output reflects a modern, tech-forward brand that's relevant in our industry.
Video Production:
Coordinate, record, and edit video content, including podcast episodes and pieces to camera. Oversee all aspects of production, from guest and speaker coordination to studio setup, filming and post-production editing. You may also play a supporting role in scripting and directing, however are not required to lead this.
Creative Campaigns:
Support the marketing team in delivering integrated creative campaigns — from concept and execution to asset delivery. An awareness of performance tracking to iterate improvements will also be included.
Enablement Design:
Create compelling presentation decks for clients, sales pitches, investor updates, post-campaign reports, and board communications.
Creative Tech Integration:
Use emerging creative tools (AI, motion design, editing software) to find efficiencies, streamline production, and push creative boundaries.
Asset Management:
Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all materials are version-controlled, up to date, and on-brand.
Collaboration & Workflow:
Manage project timelines, asset tracking, and cross-team creative workflows; liaise with external suppliers when required.
Events & Activations:
Design and produce event signage, campaign visuals, and interactive concept materials for Vudoo's marketing activations.
Measurement & Iteration:
Track performance of creative campaigns and continuously evolve storytelling approaches based on data and feedback.
Who you are
You're a versatile creative who's confident across design, video, and motion — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. You're hands-on, curious about new tools, and motivated by producing high-quality, on-brand work that helps tell a story and drive business outcomes.
You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you're comfortable learning and experimenting — from editing a video podcast or designing a campaign tile to assembling a client pitch deck. You take ownership, move quickly, and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to every brief.
You'll bring
3–5 years' experience in creative production, spanning design, motion, or video.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and audio editing tools (Audition, Logic, or Descript), plus other multidisciplinary tools like Canva, Asana, Envato etc.
An interest in using emerging tools or AI-based creative platforms to improve workflow and storytelling.
A portfolio showing work across a range of formats — video, social, presentations, campaigns.
Robust organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a small, collaborative team.
A practical eye for brand, detail, and design quality — paired with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A self-starter mentality and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a growing, fast-moving tech business.
