 
        
        IT Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide efficient and effective IT services to our customers. Your primary objective will be to troubleshoot issues and fulfill requests raised through the ICT service desk, collaborating with or escalating matters to specialist staff/vendors to ensure swift resolutions and service levels are met.
This role involves working in an environment where you will be exposed to a diverse range of technologies, requiring a strong foundation in existing and emerging technologies.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
 * Prior experience in an IT support role
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 * Detailed knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks such as ITIL
 * Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field, or a willingness to pursue further study (desired)
 * Previous experience within the financial services sector (desired)
