We are looking for a Property Manager who will lead the Property Team to maintain our College campuses.

About You
* Ability to lead a dedicated team of maintenance and grounds staff in overseeing facilities which enhance student engagement, achievement, faith and wellbeing.
* Ability to monitor and manage budgets
* Ability to develop and implement long-term facilities plans
* Experience in Property management (school-specific experience desired)
* Experience in compliance with all relevant legislation, code and policies
