ADMIN ASSISTANT – Part Time - Plan Management Team

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role with a six (6) month probation period.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in managing a variety of admin tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
The role will commence on a part-time basis, with potential to transition to full-time to support holiday coverage requirements and, subject to organisational needs, in the near future for the right candidate.
About the Role
As the Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, assisting managers and staff, and ensuring our documentation and communication are accurate and timely. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our participant records and being a friendly first point of contact for phone and email enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
· Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and support weekly billing tasks across departments
· Maintain accurate participant records, including updates to service and funding information
· Answer phone calls, manage general enquiries, and provide professional customer service
· Support management and staff with admin tasks such as diary coordination, document control, and data entry
· Archive documents and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
· Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth office operations
· Carry out other reasonable duties as required

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems quickly

· Positive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications and Requirements
· Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin or similar support role advantageous
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
· Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
· Queensland driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle
· Experience in the community services or disability sector is highly desirable
