We are seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift Maintenance Fitter at our Ballarat site in regional Victoria to support our operations.
* Maintaining equipment, machinery in process areas to ensure optimal performance.
* Performing welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and ARC methods.
* Implementing condition monitoring to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain productivity.
* Identifying and resolving faults in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical machinery and systems.
* Carrying out general plant and building maintenance work to meet safety standards.
* Displaying proactive commitment to workplace safety.
The role requires trade qualifications, manufacturing experience, and specific skills such as confined space entry and EWP operation.
