Job Title: Delicatessen Manager
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic retail environment as a Delicatessen Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
You will have full accountability for maintaining high standards of presentation, stock rotation, waste control, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rosters requirements.
About Your Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is essential.
* DIRECT/INDIRECT LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS YOU WILL NEED TO LEAD, COACH AND DEVELOP YOUR TEAM TO MEET SALES TARGETS, COST CONTROL AND ROSTERING REQUIREMENTS.
* The ability to maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
* A focus on simplifying processes and adhering to strict audit, food safety and compliance standards.
