As our newly created Integrity Lead, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of integrity are embedded across our organisation, affiliated clubs and cricket in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, governance, safeguarding and making a genuine difference. You'll lead the implementation of our integrity framework, support complaint management processes, deliver education and awareness initiatives, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the game.
This is a part time role (3 days per week), with flexibility in how hours are structured across the week.
How you'll make an impact
* Lead and continuously strengthen WA Cricket's Integrity Framework, ensuring best-practice policies and processes are embedded across the game.
* Champion a safe, fair and inclusive cricket environment for players, volunteers, employees, officials and fans.
* Provide expert guidance on integrity, safeguarding, child safety and compliance obligations.
* Manage and coordinate integrity complaints, concerns and investigations with professionalism, discretion and procedural fairness.
* Partner with Cricket Australia and key stakeholders on matters relating to anti-doping, anti-corruption, player conduct and emerging integrity risks.
* Drive child safe initiatives and oversee compliance with safeguarding standards, legislation and screening requirements.
* Deliver engaging education, training and awareness programs that promote respectful behaviour, inclusion and accountability.
* Build strong relationships with clubs, volunteers and community stakeholders to strengthen integrity capability across the sport.
* Analyse trends, identify risks and provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
You'll bring:
* A strong understanding of complaint management, confidentiality and procedural fairness.
* Knowledge of child safeguarding principles and a commitment to promoting child safe practices.
* Exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, volunteers, clubs and community stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you have
* Experience delivering education, training, workshops or awareness programs.
* An understanding of the sporting landscape and the unique environment of community sport.
* Experience in integrity, safeguarding, compliance, investigations, governance, People & Culture, risk management or a related field.
* Experience working with volunteers, member based organisations or community stakeholders.
