**The Role**
This inbound call centre position will see you communicating with a range of valued customers and trade businesses. The role is varied and will see you responding to part and ordering enquiries, as well as trouble shooting and billing assistance, all while providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Requirements**
- Australian Citizenship or PR
- Experience Customer Service (Call Centre, Retail, Hospitality)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
