Personnel work closely with clients in the power generation, fuel, mining and mineral processing, energy, engineering, cement, pulp and paper, and other manufacturing industries.

If you are a driven Experienced or Senior Materials Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity, this role may be for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support materials engineering assessments across power stations, oil and gas facilities, and mineral processing plants.Provide expert input on damage mechanisms, welding engineering matters, repair strategies, and fitness-for-service considerations.Undertake desktop research and technical studies, developing high-quality reports and recommendations for clients.Travel to client sites as required to perform inspections, assessments, and project support.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical capability development.About youBachelors or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; recognised by Engineers Australia.Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in the industry.Strong knowledge of power, oil and gas processing facilities and/or mineral processing plants.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Why join usWork on diverse and technically challenging projects across multiple industries.Competitive remuneration and benefits; flexible working arrangements.
Graduate Materials Engineer / Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer (Mulgrave, VIC and QLD) We are seeking graduates (or near graduates) for head office roles in Mulgrave, VIC and Coopers Plains, Qld or other locations as listed.
This is a 12-month graduate program with potential transition into a full-time consultancy role.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects at client sites under supervision; contribute to desktop engineering work including reports and project documentation.Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope technical work; prepare detailed project plans and cost estimates.Develop technical expertise and contribute to independent project contributions over time.About youRecently completed or nearing completion of an engineering degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Process, Chemical, or related discipline; recognised by Engineers Australia.Strong technical, analytical and communication skills; willingness to work in field and office environments.Willingness to travel domestically and overseas and relocate if required.

Responsibilities include support to analytical services, sample preparation, analysis, QA/QC and use of laboratory information management systems.
