About the role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

This is a Full Time position worked as 75 hours per fortnight.
Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital.
There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
