A day in the life
As an Outlet Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
* Driving Ghanda values with your store team
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels and maximise return on floor space
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & compliance.
About You
You'll be the right fit if you:
* Have demonstrated leadership experience – leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Think customer first, nail the fundamentals and take retail seriously.
* Have similar experience in a retail/hospitality role (preferred but not essential); we value the right attitude over experience.
