ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities within the civil construction, underground services, water infrastructure and government sectors
* Develop and deliver high-quality sales proposals, quotes and presentations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Attend industry networking events, conferences and client meetings to promote TCD
* Assist in tendering for future scopes of work
* Maintain an active presence on social media to enhance brand awareness
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and client delivery
ABOUT YOU:
* Strong understanding of, and previous experience in our industries
* Proven success in a senior sales or business development role within our industries
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Able to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task, troubleshoot
* Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
* Ability to work independently
* Able to complete a thorough pre-employment medical and DAS
